I am Sahar Shams, a certified Psychosomatic practitioner.
I help women move from joy, not punishment, so movement becomes a natural part of their everyday life.
I know something about you that you may have forgotten. Your body already knows how to move with joy. You were born knowing. Watch any child and you will see it. They do not exercise. They play. They spin. They run for the pure feeling of it. That natural joy did not disappear. It just got buried under years of programs that told you movement was something you had to earn, force, or suffer through. My work is simply to clear the way.
