So... what's the difference?
Coaching VS Therapy
Therapy and coaching can both be deeply supportive, but they’re built for different needs.

What's Therapy?
Therapy is clinical: therapists are licensed to diagnose and treat mental health conditions, and their training covers a wide range of issues and populations (like assessment/diagnosis, crisis, addiction, couples/family dynamics, child and adolescent work, ethics, and law)

What's Coaching?
Coaching is not therapy. I do not diagnose or treat mental illness. This work is for the moments when you are functioning in life, but you are not in a clinical crisis.
No major depression, no suicidal thoughts, no acute mental health symptoms that require licensed treatment.
Still, something inside you feels tight, loud, or tired of holding it all. You want a calm, trained presence beside you, someone who can help your nervous system settle and help your inner world feel whole again.

What I offer

I bring 200 plus hours of training, certifications in IFS & Somatic, and ongoing supervision and consultation, so you are held by a skilled and steady process.
In IFS and Somatics coaching, your body is treated as wise, not wrong. Your parts are treated as meaningful, not too much. We slow down, listen gently, and create enough safety for protectors to soften and for your system to find its natural steadiness again.
